As an artist one of the biggest self-doubts we have is about our VALUE.

What is the point of an adorable artisan mouse, really, in the great scheme of the universe? Am I changing lives, making the world better, by hand crafting mice?

I adore making them, but shouldn't I be doing something MORE with my life?

I have bumped up against this limiting belief so often I have a permanent lump on my head.

In fact I am sure it had a lot to do with why I thought I needed to chase a different dream last summer. The reason why I closed my shop – I thought – for good.

But the mice kept calling me back, I missed them, and I missed my customers. Life was less joyful without my Etsy shop

Recently I made the decision that I needed a coach, someone who could help me figure out what it all means and how to better serve you.

It seems the Universe agreed with me, and brought the immensely talented business mentor into my life.

Within moments of speaking with her, she had zeroed in on my "not enough-ness" belief and was working on getting me to reframe it.

I'm so glad she did! My eyes are open again!! And I want to share with you the revelation I had:

The mice come alive as joyful reminders of the moments, people, characters, achievements and milestones in your life that are most meaningful to you.

They are anchors and reminders of what matters most – your joy!

And I can't think of a better purpose for my life than to keep bringing you more of that precious joy.
