How to make beautiful photographs

Sun Nov 8, 2009, 10:34 AM
I have written on how to use a Lightbox and photo editing software to make beautiful photographs.

If you sell online then great photos are one of the most important things to get right. Your photographs are your virtual shop window: If they are not light, bright and eye-catching then often buyers will surf right past your store without even noticing your work. Really beautiful photographs will bring buyers through your virtual door and keep them there long enough to remember your creations. Even if you don't sell your work online, you may still be interested to learn how to make your photographs even better.

The photography tips I wrote are designed to help you make your photographs looks bright, eye catching and professional and you don't need to have an expensive camera to do this!

The tutorial comes in two parts:

1. How to make a Light Box
2. How to edit your photos to make them pop

I use both processes for all of my photos.

lately I have been on the fence of whether or not I should start to re-make my tube people from my youth, they are ‘dolls’, I guess you could call them, I made from toilet paper rolls. I would cover them with construction paper and make little tube people. now that I watch you make your mice I have decided to make my tube people with felt. I hope you dont feel like I am stepping on your toes. I thought I would share this with you because you are sort of my inspiration/push to make them again.

also, I LOVE THE MICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
